Once a tenant has been found referencing and credit checks are carried out by FCC Paragon [www.fccparagon.com] before tenancy agreements are entered into. Our services do not have to end at this stage, depending on the landlord package entered into A&S can fully manage your property dealing with all matters throughout the tenancy period including offering a repairs and maintenance service to your property.

All of the properties managed by A&S have been vetted by our qualified agents to ensure the highest standards are achieved before marketing commences. Once you have seen a property that you are interested in we will forward a pre-application form and from that point onwards our qualified staff will assist with all subsequent matters including referencing and credit checks through to explaining how all of the property systems etc. are operated on the day you take occupation.
